Mahesh Bhatt move HC to quash smoking ban notification

New Delhi, Mar 17 : The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the Health and Family Welfare Ministry on film director Mahesh Bhatt's plea seeking quashing of a notification prohibiting smoking scenes in movies.
